Professionalism is lacking. Posted business hours are not reliable and after multiple trips, costing lost income and gasoline, all you get is excuses. What's wrong with calling a neighbor and having them post a note if you're going to be late??? It at least gives the customer the idea that you even gave them a thought. I was even told I could take time off work and come back later----yeah, if I want to lose income!
